Comprehensive Product Sourcing Services:  CiMA will source qualified manfactures throughout Asian Countries (China, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Thailand) to assure that products meet specifications, quality and pricing which our clients require

  • CiMA will confirm the manufacture is currently producing the product required and has the proper capabilities, procedures and quality control measures in place.  Samples and Specifications are then arranged for final approval.
  • We negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and contracts directly with the manufactures.
  • We place orders directly to the manufacture.  All monetary transactions will be done through CiMA.  We will ensure payments are made to the manufacture only when the product is completed & approved by CiMA and ready for shipment.
  • Instill quality control procedures and follow production from beginning to end.
  • Follow shipments to local ports and follow your shipment to its final destination.

New Product Development.  CiMA can help develop new products per our customers' specifications.  Working directly with manufactures and taking our customers' needs and requirements we will follow the basic steps to developing a new product.

  • Source established reliable and qualified manufactures.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contracts directly with the manufactures.
  • Process first article samples for approval.
  • We place orders directly to the manufacture.  All monetary transactions will be done through CiMA.  We will ensure payments are mad to the manufacture only when product is completed & approved by CiMA and ready for shipment.
  • We guarantee the entire production process including incoming material inspections, in-line production inspection, product testing, final inspections and final packaging.
  • Arrange for the final packaging in Retail and/or Bulk packs; depending on our customer requirements.
  • Ensure all products are taken to local ports and shipped to their final destination.

 

Product Testing:  CiMA works directly with testing firms to get products tested/certified per our customers' requirements before shipments are made; SGS, Intertek, UL, RoHS, etc...

 

Logistic Capabilities:  CiMA's staff arranges and manages shipments from Asia to anywhere in the world.  Our staff will arrange for all documentation to be prepared prior to shipment and follow your shipment until it is received at its final destination.
